Yare tastes good! The show cooking in the acclaimed Lunasia restaurant promotes food, territory, sea and yachting
The stars are three chefs on board, chef host #lucalandi and #eleonoracozzella, international food journalist.
The #Event dedicated to refit and aftersales in the Superyacht sector also hosts the Lifestyle workshop with Cantine Antinori and Crew Privilege.
Combine the flavors of the territory, sea and yachting; promote the traditional cuisine of Versilia and create an innovative #Event that may also be enjoyed on line. These are the goals of YARE TASTES GOOD, the format that will show three chefs on board, coordinated by host chef Luca Landi in the Hotel Plaza e de Russie in Viareggio, the #excellence of the Tuscan hotel sector, in the kitchen of the acclaimed cuisine of #Lunasia. A show cooking and the creation of a menu based on local fish: cicadas, mackerel, mullet with seasonal vegetables and fruit.
The story of the creation of the dishes, made for the occasion, is entrusted to Eleonora Cozzella, godmother of #yare TASTES GOOD. Internationally renowned food journalist, Cozzella writes for Repubblica Sapori, collaborating also with several Italian and international magazines, including the avant-garde gourmet magazine Cook_inc. and Restaurants Magazine. She is also head of the Italian jury of the international Academy of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants award.
Luca Landi, Michelin Guide awarded, chef of #Lunasia, star in the main kitchens of the world (Angelo Paracucchi, Joël Robuchon, Enoteca Pinchiorri, Alain Ducasse, Carles Abellan, the Roca brothers, Mauro Colagreco) will be the coordinator of a special trio formed by three incredible chefs on board: Cristiano Iacopini, Dario Gherarducci and Tiziano Batori, ambassadors in the world of good food on board, selected with the collaboration of IYCA – Italian #yacht Chef Association, the first professional association of the nautical sector, born in Viareggio several years ago, which represents the Italian chefs who work on board yachts and megayachts all over the world.
The program, recorded a few days ago at #Lunasia in Viareggio, will be available on the platform and on the web – during #yare (Yachting Aftersales and Refit Experience), organized by NAVIGO, that will be held on the 26 and 27th November in a digital version – and will be available in the following days on the official social profiles.Technical sponsors of #yare TASTES GOOD are Versilia Provisions, a Versilia Supply Service department dedicated to the supply of high quality food and drinks to superyachts and megayachts all over the world and Marinepool, a company specialized in technical clothing for crews.
The video of The Lands of Giacomo Puccini, produced by the Chamber of Commerce of Lucca and Lucca Promos – sponsor of #yare – on art, culture, environment, food and wine and economy, will also be combined with #yare TASTES GOOD: an opportunity for a promotion aimed at the great global yachting audience. On the first day of #yare (November 26th at 1 pm) will be held the Lifestyle workshop: what makes a #yacht the epitome of luxury from a services point of view is scheduled, led by blogger Natalia Langsdale, based in Monaco and expert in the luxury sector. With her, there will be Serena Storri, Partnership Manager Marchesi Antinori, Annalisa Tarquini, director of the program in Luxury Management at the International University of Monaco and the Captain Sean Meagher and Vanessa Bockmann of Crew Privilege.
