Patrick Lange defends his Ironman World Championship title in Hawaii and is the first athlete ever to break the magic eight-hour mark! Previously too, in 2017 the 32-year-old German broke the course record. During the 180-kilometre cycle track, which accounts for the largest section of the triathlon in terms of time, he was able to rely 100 percent on his #schwalbe Pro One Tubeless tyres with Classic Skin sidewall: “With the light rolling tubeless tyres, I can save a lot of energy, which is later available to me while running and therefore makes me faster.” He has impressively demonstrated this for the second time in a row and secured a place in the history books with his outstanding achievements.
